"Great Data Tool for Higher Education & Student Affairs"
What do you like best about Qminder? Data is kept neat and organized, easy to pull and find accounts and information. What do you dislike about Qminder? Qminder does change its layout frequently, but a sign that improvements are always looking to be made. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Qminder enhances customer service and is a necessary tool for the office where I work for assisting students.

"Fast and (generally) effective - limited options for notifications"
What do you like best about Qminder? It is quick and easy to use. Everyone in my group is able to use it with relative ease. It allows for side conversations through text, which can help us be prepared for the customer. What do you dislike about Qminder? There are a few features missing that would be mighty helpful. Primary deficiency being that the phone notifications are only available to iphone users. We use this in a government lobby, and no one on my team owns an iphone. Secondarily, ...

What do you like best about Qminder? ITS HELPFUL SO I DON'T FORGET ANYONE IN WAITING AREA What do you dislike about Qminder? NO AUDIO PROMPTS SO I DONT FORGET ALSO IF I GO AWAY FROM WEBSITE. ALSO NO FIELD WHERE I CAN SAY IF CUSTOMER LEFT OR CAME TO THE WRONG OFFICE What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? NOT REALLY SURE YET. "Makes checking in easy for a busy office!"
What do you like best about Qminder? Qminder makes checking in easy, fast, and allows patients to check in, in a timely manner even when the receptionist is unavailable when they first walk in. (on the phone or checking in another patient) This also makes it easy for the receptionist to check in multiple patients at once without the waiting room to get congested. "Great for keeping track"
What do you like best about Qminder? We can keep track of people being assisted and people waiting . It helps us stay organized What do you dislike about Qminder? That you have to click on a desk to serve someone . That is allows them to sign in mutiple times . It should recognize they are already signed in . What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps keep track of who came in first so we can assist in the order received.
