"Qminder... A great concept, with a lot of work to be done"

What do you like best about Qminder? The efficiency in which it moves our line in busy times. What do you dislike about Qminder? A lot of glitches on the site and it goes down from time to time. Feel like the organization is too dependant on it. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps to avoid large groups of people in our lobby all at once which is a safety concern.

"Qminder is very easy to use and very helpful"

What do you like best about Qminder? The best thing about Qminder is knowing when there is a patient waiting to be helped in the lobby for you. I also like the fact that the system allows the patient to sign in so you do not misspell their name. What do you dislike about Qminder? I see no downside or have any complaints. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Qminder gives me the ability to timely serve our patients because you can see them on your screen. It ...

"Qminder lets our team stay super organized and efficent."

What do you like best about Qminder? The most helpful thing about Qminder is that we can always go back to search previous clients with just their phone number and it bring up all their history to make their next visit super smooth. What do you dislike about Qminder? The only issue with Qminder is that it deletes what we type when someone else calls or finishes another person leaving us to have to retype everything back in again. What do you like best about Qminder? Helps us run the store, and manage to deal with the customers, knowing whos next in line and for what reason they need help with. What do you dislike about Qminder? No cons only pros, recommend Qminder for all business What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?
