What do you like best? From the end-user perspective, the product looks polished and user-friendly. What do you dislike? From the admin perspective, the product is brittle and hard to configure. - UI text for English was written by a non-native speaker, so it often reads strangely or doesn't make sense to end-users. What do you like best? I like best the ease of use and vast array of different features. Being open source makes it free and there's a great support system. Mobile app also available. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about the system as of yet.
