"Super user friendly, easy to learn, very attentive & quick response customer service"
What do you like best about PushPress? The price is right (free) and the customer service is top notch. What do you dislike about PushPress? Generic auto generated e-mails saying "your plan has ended" - confusing to the customer. It needs to specify exactly what plan ended. For example we have a nutrition challenge and that plan ended, but people thought I had revoked their membership. What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you? "Best Customer Service"
What do you like best about PushPress? Since moving over from ZP, we have better-streamlined our services, reduced cc fees, and increased awareness of our revenue streams for Nutrition and Hybrid Plans. The best part is their customer service. You actually speak with someone and get a response quicker than any other software company I know. They are passionate about helping people!! "Easy to set up, Easy to combine products, Superior daily customer service"
What do you like best about PushPress? Superior real time customer service from PP staff. What do you dislike about PushPress? That they do not have an app yet for owners to pull up and manage members/dashboard from their phone. Recommendations to others considering PushPress: Combine with a push press website. What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you? Positive feedback from our clients on ease of use and a very staff friendly dashboard.

"Simple, Intuitive, Superb Support"
What do you like best about PushPress? I set up my gym in no time after purchasing it from a burnt out owner. The back-end went from dumpster fire (inconsistent billing, duplicate accounts, missing info everywhere, no check-in, etc) to well-oil machine within a week. What do you like best about PushPress? The most helpful aspect of Push Press is its facility of us for members. What do you dislike about PushPress? The least helpful aspect of Push Press is the lack of depth on reports. Also, the app needs to be better for the coaches. We should be able to sign members into classes upon attending. The reporting side of things is lacking but they are working on it so I am okay with it for now and have made it work with our current needs. What do you like best about PushPress? Being able to further the relationship with our customers. Pushpress let’s me keep track of when they were last in the gym.
