Great Aftercare Service
After experiencing technical issues with my VPN on initial setup, I contacted their customer support team. The issue was passed on to 2nd or possibly 3rd line support due to the difficulty of the problem, but was resolved within a few days. I was always kept in the loop and the problem was finally resolved. I have yet to leave a review for the actual VPN usage, but what I do know, is that if there is a technical problem, rest assured PureVPN will be there to fix it. A1+++

Good customer service
I encountered an issue where I only intended to use the trial of this application for a few days, but I forgot to cancel the subscription. As a result, I was charged during the renewal. I was quite worried as I am facing some financial difficulties, but fortunately, the customer support staff was very enthusiastic and helped me with the refund of this fee.
