Works in Russia, works in Linux out of the box
PureVPN is a very good solution for me, there are some reasons why: 1) Russian government recently started blocking VPN services, some other VPNs stopped working, but PureVPN still works without any problems. (And I hope it continues to do so.) 2) To my surprise, I was able to install it on Ubuntu Linux without any problems. I just installed the GUI version, logged in, and it started working right away without any additional actions! (A bit untypical for Linux software :) ) 3) Dedicated ...

Great Aftercare Service
After experiencing technical issues with my VPN on initial setup, I contacted their customer support team. The issue was passed on to 2nd or possibly 3rd line support due to the difficulty of the problem, but was resolved within a few days. I was always kept in the loop and the problem was finally resolved. I have yet to leave a review for the actual VPN usage, but what I do know, is that if there is a technical problem, rest assured PureVPN will be there to fix it. A1+++
