Great customer service
Great customer service. Not that i'v had much need to use it. When i did the staff were friendly and fixed my issues straight away. So good that i am now on a 5yr plan at a very good price point. Highly recommended

Incredibly good support

Great product and great service
Had a great experience with Erwin in live chat, who helped me with all my needs and them some. The VPN made my internet faster, so I'm very happy with it. Will definitely be coming back!

The service is great
The service is great, I had no issues with the product. Some issues arose in regards with my account, but I reported it, and a team swooped down on it and solved everything. I am very satisfied

Had a little trouble with logging in…
Had a little trouble with logging in after the free trail, but Erwin from their chat customer service was fantastic and got it all straightened out for me super quick and painlessly! He was the best!
