Terrible experience getting a dedicated…
Terrible experience getting a dedicated IP. Took them 3 months to sort it out. A chap called Alex finally went over and beyond to help me with my issue. He connected remotely and installed their app which took ages. Luckily he was persistant and I think spoke with the correct team people to get my issue sorted. Thanks Alex, I appreciate your work and I realize how frustrating it must have been. Regards

Riley. Top class support
I had trouble accessing the PureVpn website to download the app after having had to re install my PC's operating system. Riley walked me through the setup procedure with great patience. It took a while but we found out my ISP had changed a setting from the previous installation.Top marks to the man and to PureVpn's customer support. I wish more were like them.
