It's pretty good
The VPN itself is pretty good. It seems very easy to use and has a good amount of servers. What I really like though is the customer service. i got in touch with a support assistant via chat in a little over a minute. They were understanding with my problem and helped me out as best they could when most companies would have just said "oh well". To me a great customer service can turn an okay product into a great product.

I've been with VPN for a while now
I've been with VPN for a while now, renewing my contract to a 5-year deal. Love the features, the available services I've added on, and the security that all the services give me. I'm a happy camper.

Inexpensive, reliable VPN service
What do you like best? Connecting to a server is simple and fast, a very reliable connection. The VPN software has a kill switch also so if the VPN did go down, it would stop all traffic incase. The price is very good for the length of time. What do you dislike? I noticed once when I was using Netflix on my PC (odd occasion), that if I switched to the Unites States for example, I didn't know that it was best to use a Private window to get into the different Netflix region.
