Good customer support - Shehryaar
The VPN worked great, then I started having some issues, especially when I was on vacation, I couldn't establish a connection. I tried to fix it on my own with no luck, then I contacted the live chat and Shehryaar guided me well. I managed to resolve this in about 3minutes. I can finally access websites that I couldn't before.

Great Value and Customer Service
I've used Pure VPN for years and always been happy with it.. Coming to the end of my current subscription so contacted customer support and was quickly helped by Shehryaar, who advised me on the best deal available and then added a 6 month extension for me! For me it's the best value VPN around with great customer service
