Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had an issue overseas and Alex and Maria really went out of their way to help. Issue resolved, back online in no time. Pure VPN customer service is really excellent.

All fine, some issues every now and then at reboot with the selection of recommended server. I am sure we will solve this in the future, just did not bother contacting service yet.

Great customer service! Quick to address the matter. It's get resolved easily. Thank you! Been using their VPN service for 10 years. It works for most of the streaming sites, connecting to public wifi among other things.
