Excellent after sales service
Just had a problem with the installation. I was immediately helped first over LIve Chat and them through Teamviewer by both Alex and Ryan.Wonderful patient service and Ryan solved all my issues AND he could answer my questions. I appreciate product knowledge and professional service.Well DONE!!!

Unauthorized debit without my consent
What do you like best? Maked is address. Multiple servers and locations What do you dislike? Not reviewing cumminication and instruction from customers Recommendations to others considering the product: Listen to your customers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slow connectivity when connected to VPN

Ho utilizzato PureVpn per lungo tempo. Tempo fa l'azienda ha offerto un buon servizio, ma da almeno due o tre anni accuso disfunzioni continue, tra l'altro sempre diverse, che rendono molto difficile l'utilizzo. Oltre all'abbonamento base comperai anche un IP dedicato, ma ormai non si contano le segnalazioni da parte mia al loro helpdesk per mancato o scorretto funzionamento. Su molte pagine non si arriva proprio, altre sono lentissime, molti streaming non si caricano... oggi addirittura il ...
