Success at last
Ok, it took two days and 4 individual chat sessions to setup the VPN correctly, but at the end of the day i am satisfied. in the last chat that actually resolved my issue i was handled by agent named Alex - to be honest, this one deserves to be promoted, really glad he was assigned to help me.Thanks.PETER
