Double charged and they won't repay the second charge
Be very careful dealing with this company, I noticed on my bank statement that they had charged me twice, so I raised it with them and at first they said "It seems that due to system glitch the payment has been charged. Can we extend your account for two years against the payment that we have received.". I declined the offer for the extension and asked for a refund. Champ on the chat - Austin!
Super friendly service - they were quick to offer the required package and respond to all my questions. Austin was the champ on the chat! So far, the VPN service itself has been good too. Just that the Android TV app isn't great with limited locations and Netflix very easily identifies that a VPN is running and US region doesn't stream.

This crappy service is run by a bunch…
This crappy service is run by a bunch of Pakistan scammer who claim they base in Hong Kong. 90% of the review here is bot and look how they keep mention their CS agent name how they help them etc its bs just go to a more reliable source like Reddit and see how many user having difficulty with their CS and connection. Avoid this like what you should do with HolaVPN and Hotspot Shield you might as well go with some random free VPN you might found on google!
