Slow speed, terrible customer service
I got 50Mbps speeds without the VPN. 10Mbps with PureVPN. Tried cancelling (it said 30 days to cancel, I tried within 24 hours) and so far have had FIVE emails saying "Don't cancel, we'll offer you a discount instead" ... Terrible customer service. Wish I'd never bothered. Wouldn't advise.

disconnects /slows down internet speed
The VPN consistently disconnects on its own when I am on my computer surfing the internet. Other times, when it is connected/on, the speed of the internet slows down SIGNIFICANTLY. so much so that it is counterproductive and I turn the VPN off so I can continue surfing the internet
