Efficient and professional
I got a very efficient and professional support from Alex. After waiting almost 2 days for a remote support I chat Alex in Member area and he figured out what was the issue preventing me to connect to VPN servers; It was just a authentication issue he was able to identify and resolve. Great job, keep doing like this !

Static IP anywhere!

På siden "Why PureVPN" står der : "All Protocols Supported On Every Server".Det var grunden til at jeg købte et abonnement.MEN det er ikke muligt at forbinde routeren via L2TP, og deres support ved det allerede.Via deres livechat fik jeg beskeden om at det "måske" bliver muligt i fremtiden.Ubrugelig Service.

Don't do it. They don't refund within the trial period.
Don't subscribe. The 7 day trial is not a trial and they won't give your money back in that period.I started the 7 day trial. Two days after, asked on the online chat for the refund. They told it would take a couple of weeks to issue the refund, but the refund was not given.On month later, still no refund. I opened a paypal dispute, and PureVPN rejected the dispute.So, here I am, after the 7 day trial, with an active subscription and no refund.

Bad Internet speed and after I have cancel my membership they keep SPAMMING my inbox with advertisement even if I have unsubscribed, I have written to them several emails and close my account.

Good but not for me
Really easy to setup with great support via live chat but unfortunately the connection was too slow for me. I’m currently getting a ping around 29 ms without and 402ms when connected via PureVPN. This made web pages very slow to load and made gaming virtually impossible as most gaming servers kick you off over 100ms. Luckily they offer a 31 day money back.
