Alex is a great guy, quick and smart who understood my issues quicklywas proactive to do resets and made sure i understood the differences between member/vpn loginhis previous colleague, was not very helpful so him stepping him was truly a blessing for me!

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but..
I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but they had TERRIBLE customer support. I asked a question, and the person just kept sending me link after link that was completely irrelevant to what I had asked. When I continued to say "what??" or "that's not helpful, I didn't ask that", not once did they ask for clarification. They continued to send more links. When I emailed the company requesting a potential refund due to the lack of support, they claimed they "refunded" me, and again did not care to ...
