If I could give minus stars I would!I have had a VPN subscription with fixed IP address added as the bank required me to have one. I am on monthly automatic renewal and have been for more than 4 years. In the middle of November (my automatic renewal is at the end of the month) PureVPN just stopped the fixed IP address and said I had not renewed my account! So the IP address was gone. They apologised for the mess up and gave me a new IP address. (Had to change it with the bank etc. etc. etc. ...

I had an issue with the VPN not able to…
I had an issue with the VPN not able to connect to any server anymore. I contacted the support with a live chat and the they promptly were able to find the problem with my Firewall.
