Very reliable service
Very reliable service and helpful and responsive customer service on the few times I have needed help (password reset or renewal). I use the dedicated VPN service and it is very reliable. Been using about 5 years now.

Excellent product…Great value....
I had been a customer for a few years when the first opportunity to purchase a 5 year plan was introduced; without hesitation I jumped on the deal. Great VPN with responsive customer service; I had a blip in service earlier this week caused by the expiration of one of my earlier plans & it was fixed in a matter of minutes via live chat. Highly recommend!

Most of the time it works well
Most of the time it works well ... but then there is those times when browsing the web is really slow and I have to exit the VPN ... this defeats the purpose of browsing anonymously the web.
