Refund after automatic billing and a lot of unresolved issues they could not fix
I started with them January 2020 with a $0.99 per month thing and paid $11.88 for the year.I basically tested it and everything worked great except that it could not unlock Showmax and DSTV in south Africa even on the SA server. It picked it up as using a proxy. I had Uzair (CEO and Co founder involved) and he recommended speaking to Ivan their IT guru. They could not fix the issue. So I could not set it up through my router and the Android app also had not South African server. So they ...

Happy long time user of PureVPN
I've been a happy user of PureVPN for the past 4-5 years and the experience has always been great. There are of course connections that don't always work but they have such an impressive list of servers to choose from that one is always going to work well. It's also been getting a lot better in the last 12-24 months with more reliable and faster connections.
