only works 1/3 of the time
only works 1/3 of the time I select England then go on my bank keep coming up with error so I turn off the vpn and loads my bank straight away also does not let you download when connected so its 1 star

Quick fix with internet access
Many thanks for suppert goes to Austin. Suddenly, after updating my purevpn my connection to the internet got lost unless I have used a vpn. Without it, I was able to connect to wifi servers but without any internet access. The fix was easy and instant.

No lifetime subscription!
I paid for a lifetime subscription to PureVPN five years ago. When it came time to renew I was told they were "still in coordination"with the company I purchased it from. Since the 12th November 2020 nothing has happened and my account has lapset.
