WARNING
WARNING: don't use if you need a dedicated IPI've used PureVPN for years now. At the start I rarely had any issues with it but now its almost every couple of weeks that the dedicated IP which I've paid extra for drops. I'll then need to contact support for them to fix it which takes them between 2-3 days.I need this dedicated IP as a lot of services I use for work are whitelisted so not having this IP drastically impacts my ability to do my job. Needed help when my app kept shutting…
Needed help when my app kept shutting down. I contacted online support via live chat halfway expecting the process to be long with endless troubleshooting and no obvious solution (experienced that one too many times with other online support!). Support agent Harrison quickly gave me a solution by sending me a link to download a newer version that i wasn't getting through the play store. Quick and easy support and problem was solved in no time! Thank you!

constructive criticism
I don't like the new GUI change at all, why did you remove Trinidad & Tobago, Saint Lucia from the locations these were very good. You need more English country locations for Streaming and P2P. Your GUI should also have version number clearly visible, like almost every application in existence. You also need to be able to have a do not check for updates automatically fearure, the new update available poping up continuously about every 15 minutes is really annoying. the old GUI was excellent ...
