Very Poor and Careless Customer Service
Very Poor and Careless Customer Service,I buy PureVPN to use IP phone sip client(Bria Mobile) which is like firefox. I told the customer care guy udp outgoing is block for 5060 for a specific country. The agent tried to skip the issue by showing different causes. In conclusion, the guy told, needs to buy addons port forwarding which uses for incoming for the server.

Great service when I needed it
I was unable to connect the VPN and the lovely Alex helped me to download a new version of the software and work through the settings to get everything running again. Great service, very patient and pleasant to deal with. Thanks Alex!

sono molto amareggiato dal servizio dato da purvpnprima di fare abbonamento gli espongo cosa mi serve gia poter scrivere in italiano e scandalosodicono coi loro servizi di poterlo risolvere e faccio abbonamneto installo la vpn mail mio problema rimane come prima e qui comincia il rimbalzo fra chat e loro staff tecnico invece di ammettere di non essere in grado di risolvere il problema si attaccano sugli specchi e non ammetono lo sbaglio
