Great Customer Support

Customer support saved a potentially bad experience
Was initially frustrated that I could not log into the app on my Mac mini M1. Despite following all of the troubleshooting guides, I was unable to fix my issue. However, after contacting support, my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Support staff was very helpful and professional and fixed my credential issue.
