Customer Service Outstanding
I am using their service more than five months. Actually quite good so far but recently I can not connect to my dedicated IP which made me suffer a lot. Then talked with a their customer support guy name- Willey, who patiently heard my issues and guided me to solve the issue. Good friend, Nice service. Recommended!

I had an issue where I had lost access…
I had an issue where I had lost access to my account (things that happen in personal life) I still had all my invoices and was able to speak with the support team, Alfred is my new personal hero. After reading reviews and on reddit I had expected to just throw the account away. But Alfred not only provided excellent customer service, he made me one happy customer and I have access to my account again, I could not be happier =D .
