I needed a bit of assistance getting…
I needed a bit of assistance getting the location info properly configured in my iPad settings. They weren’t included in the PureVPN help notes. Peter assisted me and resolved my problem by providing the necessary instructions. He had to wait for me to jump through a couple of hoops. This required some patience on his part! Peter is an excellent support agent. Many thanks

It does not happen often but sometimes…
It does not happen often but sometimes things happen in our complex world of computers. PureVpn has top-notch support and whenever I have a problem, their support knocks it out of the ballpark every time. And PVPN support is easy to access. Asim and Furqan technical support personnel just recently fixed my problem in 5 minutes. They knew exactly what my problem was and guided me to a successful resolution. Thanks for your excellent support ;^)
