Had issues with my account
Had issues with my account. I had paid until 2026 but was flagged as expired, unable to connect. Had a chat with Furqan. He was able to solve the issue. Very good experience interacting with him. He gave instructions with clarity, patients and professionalism.

10 years and counting! Great VPN!
I've been a PureVPN customer for almost ten years. The service has always been great, and customer support has been super helpful. For work reasons I need to have a static IP wherever I go, and they've been able to provide me one that works really great. Speeds are fast and I haven't had any issues with them. Every time I needed anything, they just helped me in no time.

Dedicated IP works a treat, slight help needed.
I needed some help with my dedicated IP, so got on the online chat and Bilal walked me through the process. Took a couple of mins and got it working, which was great. The other standard features of PureVPN worked with no help. As I was using a router and OpenVPN and a specific config, this just needed a little guidance.
