I faced an issue after renewing my subscription, the web browser was showing ok, but the app was still prompting me to renew, which was a bummer and had to manually download and use the vpn config everytime. then reached out to helpdesk and Summer was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues raised after my renewal.
