What do you like best about Protonmail? I used proton mail for my previous job and it was a great way to keep my personal and professional life apart. What do you dislike about Protonmail? Sloppy and slow customer service

Sloppy and slow customer service. Only communicate by email with 12 hour gaps between each response. I am being held to ransom - this is my primary email and communication tool and I am losing work and creating a bad business impression on my networks because I am locked out and can't use protonmail. Awful. - There are many providers that offer far better and more proactive customer services.
