Proton stole my data and blocked me

Proton is the worst service, I had the paid account and I didn't know I had missed a payment, not sure what actually happened but instead of Proton sending a email to notify me they waited and in the 15/03/2024 they suspended my account and logged me out of all my Proton accounts now my recovery codes are in Proton pass, imagine they even blocked my password manager, even though I didn't pay they account should have reverted to the free tier and when discussing the matter with them all they ...

Over the last 2 week I started using Proton.me a lot, new project I keep finding in mail in trash or archive or try to move from the trash to inbox no luck, today Im typing an email working on it for about 45 min, ready to finish and send and its gone, disappeared, can't find it any where not in any folders just gone how can that happen, it is kind of clunky but I didn't expect this

Been locked out of my account when I cleared cookies in my browser. Protonmail will not let acces my account. Says there's no account by that name. Can't get a new password. No help from service desk. Useless.

I cannot open my emails have contacted zen desk no reply. I have an insurance claim ongoing and I can't answer their email. When this is sorted I will cancel this account
