PropSpace is the UAE's most established real estate platform, combining a full brokerage CRM and a property management module in a single system. Founded in Dubai in 2012 and built specifically for the UAE market, it serves sales agencies and property management firms across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Brokerage CRM PropSpace gives agents and team leaders a complete sales workflow - from lead capture through to closed deal. Leads arrive automatically from Property Finder, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and 80+ UAE portals, and are distributed to agents based on configurable rules. The deal pipeline tracks every opportunity, while Contact 360 profiles centralise all communications, viewings, offers and documents against each contact. Commission-split tracking, lead repooling, performance leaderboards and workflow automation give managers full visibility and control. UAE compliance is built in: generate Form A, B, F and I documents, validate Trakheesi permits before publishing, and produce Ejari-ready tenancy records without leaving the platform. The PropSpace Go mobile app (iOS and Android) keeps agents productive in the field. Property Management The property management module handles the full tenancy lifecycle - lease creation and tracking, renewal reminders, maintenance request workflows, owner reporting and rent payment tracking. Designed for agencies managing mixed residential and commercial portfolios across the UAE. Off-Plan Projects A live database of 1,000+ UAE off-plan developments, updated daily, is included on every plan at no extra cost.
