Also, being able to track our proposals and to see when our prospects have opened them is a huge help. What do you like best? Being able to organize and categorize agreements, proposals, etc. and create templates to make the process easier. Being able to Duplicate an existing agreement rather than having to copy and paste really helps the process go faster. What do you dislike?
