What do you like best? I love the allocation capabilities in Prophix and the reporting and budgeting functions are great too. The customer service has been top notch as well. What do you dislike? The shared prophix drive used to upload documents can have confidential information so have to put passwords on files saved there. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Very easy to use - don't need to be an IT employee to be an administrator. Ad Hoc is a very powerful tool. The ability and ease of creating alternate hierarchies is a huge benefit. What do you dislike? Setting up and maintaining security is somewhat cumbersome. The use of name sets is very powerful but there is no way to trace where they are used so maintenance can be challenging.
