What do you like best? I love the allocation capabilities in Prophix and the reporting and budgeting functions are great too. The customer service has been top notch as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best about Prophix Software? Very easy to use - don't need to be an IT employee to be an administrator. Ad Hoc is a very powerful tool. The ability and ease of creating alternate hierarchies is a huge benefit. What do you dislike about Prophix Software? Setting up and maintaining security is somewhat cumbersome.
