Excellent Sales Technique, Terrible Implementation

What do you like best? Kyle Murphy is a fantastic guy. Super Nice, very knowledgable about the product. What do you dislike? The implementation is haphazard - at best. What do you like best? Ideally, the platform is supposed to be very simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? It requires a large amount of set up and would only really be profitable for a larger organization. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Didn’t really see any benefits

Being able to access the software from virtually any platform is also a nice feature. Salesforce is the backend of this platform so you can add 3rd party modules to really tailor your implementation. Once set up you can really track and do any tasks you can think of. What do you dislike? The setup is an ...
