Couldn’t even register. ID card problem and over two weeks for response basically telling me that you can’t say why there was a problem. Never even got a chance to even sign up. So many websites closing and blocking people these days.

Prolific has been giving me great experiences only, after each survey that you are able to complete they give you feedback. After there was an issue with my account their team promptly helped to resolve the matter, I also love the fact that they have measures in place to ensure the user's credibility... of course the pay is good.

Rose with support finally reached back out to me after waiting 29 days concerning my hold.This was my first hold and I've been with Prolific about 7 months now. It was an automatic hold that everyone goes through for reviewing accounts to make sure Prolific is being used appropriately and I'm still in line with their conditions and terms. Finally felt good to hear from Rose and the good news of my account being placed off hold. I completely understand as this is a great research platform ...

What an absolute s***show

What an absolute s***show, after years of doing surveys and spending hours of time on this my account was put on hold, no reason why this had happened after 3 support requests for information just was ignored when they finally responded they sent a standard reply which was rubbish, I’m also convinced they sell your phone numbers on to direct marketers ie scam call centres as I’ve had a significant increase in scam calls and calls pretending to be telephone surveys but in reality are scams ...
