A very user-friendly website

A very user-friendly website, making it easy to see your earnings. You can earn money quite quickly for a survey website, which is nice. The only thing I would change is to make sure that surveys made available aren't already full as it can be quite disheartening when clicking on a survey, especially if it is for £5 and above and then being told that it's already full.

The site is great but i feel like there is not a lot of studies anymore and some researchers take time to approve submissions

9 days average to get a response

I am on the customer side of Prolific (researcher). The platform provides great way to find participants for research but their customer support is bad. Takes about 9 days average to get a response (almost every time from a new agent) which typically requires you to clarify things because "they need more information" (of course they do when they change assigned agents all the time). Never had larger issue to resolve but I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Prolific has been incredible

Prolific has been perfect for earning some extra income while also helping researchers by participating in their studies. The studies are legitimate, and often can even be fun to participate in. The cash-out system works great, and I really can't think of a better company/service that fills this need.
