Participant Support is Pretty Much Non-Existent

I have been fortunate to be a Prolific Participant for about 3 months now. In that time, I have been able to make money assisting universities with some really great studies! Unfortunately, with Prolific, it's on again off again regarding some of the errors I get trying to accept studies. I will be able to do studies for a week and then all of a sudden I get a mystery error about my ISP not being on the approved list. I'll reach out to support and mysteriously the error goes away. All is great except that studies sometimes are very few. May you please add more studies per day. Is it possible to get notified as soon as there is a study to take part in?
