Can't link up to PayPal and Support is non-existent

I have signed up to Prolific and completed a few surveys. I keep getting a message that I need to connect up to PayPal to cash out but this process doesn't work. I have contacted their support service three times now and just hear nothing back from them. Prolific is fine until something goes wrong and then you are in trouble. Lots of feedback and reviews say the same thing - the support on this platform is rubbish!!!!!!

I have been on prolific more than 4 years and last Friday i woke up early morning and i found that my account has been put on hold. I had no idea why but i reached out to the support, even though they haven't replied yet but i believe they will and i probably will get my account back. This does not mean i consider prolific a bad platform, to me with experience i had for years its still a great platform. it is reliable and pays more for participating in studies compared to other platforms. i ...

Legit survey company that pays and pays well. When you cash out, the money is instantly available for you. Does not take long at all to reach that point. Been using Prolific for years without issue

Unethical platform that you need to avoid dealing a business with

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Prolific. This platform is completely unethical, using their so-called “rights” to block participants without any real justification. Despite putting in hard work and dedication, they ended up blocking my account with vague explanations that feel more like lies than legitimate reasons. The way they handled my situation was highly unprofessional. Instead of providing clarity or support, they simply cut me off without any recourse. It seems ...
