The studys and surveys they do have are awesome and easy to understand. I just wish there were more to do. I could easily do 20 a day.

I am new to Prolific, but so far I have no complaints. I've had plenty of surveys to do and the pay per survey seems fair. I'm enjoying it so far.

Where Were The Humans

This company seems to have replaced humans with a chatbot to resolve problems. My account has been locked over a week ago. I requested a current link and all that I have been sent is information about what number I am in the queue. It must be a long queue because no one has contacted me about fixing the problem. But they have been send me information to let me know about what surveys I am missing out on. I was eventually contacted by human. I was sent information about to reset my password. ...

They banned me for no reason

They banned me for no reason. I do not use a vpn and I did not fail any attention checks as well but I am banned indefinitely. I emailed them severally to try and resolve this issue but they never respond to emails. I have money in my account and they wont make me withdraw it too saying I cant cashout for whatever reasons. Their support is trash and never reply, they make you dedicate your time and eventually ban you for no reason and wont let you cashout the money you have made. Please ...

I really enjoy taking the surveys and research studies on this. Not only does it reimburse you well for your time but the website is well made and easy to use.

I think you should let a participant know what really caused for the account to be held

I've been on for a month or so. So far so good! It's a little extra money. It's been very smooth taking surveys and getting credit. It's very clear if you can do a survey on mobile, tablet, or desktop.
