Great new user experience
It was fast and easy to set up an account, the website UI is very intuitive and clean and it was very fast to get my first study which was actually fun to do.

They banned me for no reason
They banned me for no reason. I do not use a vpn and I did not fail any attention checks as well but I am banned indefinitely. I emailed them severally to try and resolve this issue but they never respond to emails. I have money in my account and they wont make me withdraw it too saying I cant cashout for whatever reasons. Their support is trash and never reply, they make you dedicate your time and eventually ban you for no reason and wont let you cashout the money you have made. Please ...
