Since I started doing surveys on Prolific, I have really enjoyed doing these different surveys.

I like this website

The interface/ dashboard is simplified which is very nice and the website is actually being quite good. The support is pretty well organized I feel like. Also I like the experience of navigating on the "submissions" tab.

Account on hold

Like many other reviews I’ve seen on here this too has happened to me. I had a submission of over 77 surveys and then randomly overnight my account was put on hold for no reason whatsoever! I woke up the next day with a “Sorry but you’re unable to take anymore surveys at this time as your account has been placed on hold.” I never did anything wrong to be placed on hold. Everything of mine was verified even my identification. There was several rejections from the researchers “not my end.” ...

Great experience on Prolific

My experience with Prolific has been very professional and their website is easy to use and organized. Account setup and PayPal setup was very easy. The studies and surveys are also very interesting and the researchers using Prolific seem very credible and trustworthy. Overall experience has been very positive.

Not as Unique as Promised, But Still Decent

Everyone says that Prolific is quite unique, but I find it to be just okay. Some of the surveys are very similar to those available on other platforms, though they do have a few different types. I’m unsure if I’m getting fewer surveys compared to others. Unfortunately, I’ve become chronically ill and am no longer in full-time employment. However, I did complete a bachelor’s degree and started a master’s degree before getting sick, so I find it strange that my husband receives more complex ...

They are fair with surveys. You are rarely screened out. They nearly always approve surveys and always credit you quickly. They pay within minutes after cashing out
