Prolific sucks when it blocks your IP address
Prolific is a great site to earn some extra cash and pays pretty well with lots of different tasks to complete BUT, and it's a big but, users regularly get their IP address blocked and messaging customer service just gives you a nothing answer if "we can't tell you why your IP is blocked, just that it is and it may or may not get unblocked eventually so suck it..."

Prolific is a great resource for the academic community as well as a great way to make a bit of extra money. Very safe and fun to use.

Easy to use, easy to communicate with researchers, no problems so far with cashing out
I've been doing studies on Prolific for just over a month, and have found it to be pretty easy to use. I have not experienced any issues with cashing out. There are occasionally studies that have weird technical problems that I've had to cancel my participation for, but I haven't had to reach out to Prolific tech support yet.
