Prolific is great and really interesting to be part of. The studies can be more constant but it's fantastic.

Getting set up is a user experience delight. I feel like my contributions are valued. And the process is fun! As an individual always looking for ways to participate in various types of research, this has been a novel way to further my understanding.

I have been a prolific panel member for quite some time. When I moved house I lost access to prolific as my new static IP had been blacklisted for some reason. Now the issue is I have two internet connections, and they won't tell me which one is banned, or why. Surely if it was anything I'd done both would be banned, but that does not seem to be the case. Neither address comes from a poor reputation address block, nor have I ever done anything to warrant a ban. My providers will not ...

My Prolific Experience

I've been using prolific for a couple of years now and I absolutely love how it gives students and educators the opportunity to do their own research, while also giving the public the ability to participate. No study is the same, some are easy and are mutiple choice, others are closer to games. Each study you participate in is an entirely different experience than the last. I have found prolific very easy to use…

I have found prolific very easy to use with clear and easy to follow instructions. While i would prefer more opportunities to complete studies, my overall opinion is very positive.

Kicked out for no reason

Kicked out for no reason. One of the studies stated that I failed a check attention question. That is definitely a lie. I was one of those nerds who read every question and answered honestly, always paying close attention. I made 60 bucks in 2 days and still waiting for other studies to approve but Prolific won't let me get what's left in my balance. Is this even legal??
