I love it

I love it! It's a very easy way to make some money on the size. I can do it anytime I'm bored and there will probably be a survey there. It's a trustworthy website

THE BEST

I have easily completed almost 500 survey through prolific and they have made doing so extremely simple. Fill out your bio by answering some simple questions about yourself and they will link the surveys directly to you. There is no comparison between mturk and prolific , prolific wins everytime in every category.

poor follow-up from support and dev team for issues on their website

I am trying to set up a study since more than a month. The website is unfortunately providing a 404 error page at various stages of this flow. I contacted support multiple times with screenshots + even a video of my screen recording showing the problem. So much effort so that even after a month and many emails there is still no solution and very poor follow-up. They closed my account for no reason

I’ve just read a few reviews and they are the same as mine. After prolific being the best survey site I’ve used for almost 4 years doing on average a survey a day, they’ve decided to close my account for no reason and won’t even give an explanation as to why. I’m really confused and sad as I’ve not done anything wrong and never had a problem. This is so strange

They will arbitrarily ban you if you get one rejection and try to appeal it even with thousands of approvals. Are people not allowed to make a mistake?

Prolific is a fun and easy company to deal with

I've not had any problems taking their client surveys. They've been quick and easy to do. All surveys are tailored to me, and I rarely (if at all) get screened out.

Banned without reason.

I’ve been a good participant for many years and now I’ve suddenly been banned from using prolific without and justification or reason why, similar to the previous reviews. Very disappointing.
