Great as bonus income.
Studies are often fairly enjoyable/stimulating and pay is really good for survey work. I only tend to get a couple week but that's probably based on demographic needs.

My review on Prolific
In my opinion the overall concept of the website is fantastic, it's great that people can earn money doing important surveys and studies. The only downside in my experience is the lack of studies compared to other countries.

IP Addresses Blocked
I would give Prolific a better review because I really like doing the surveys on this site and they are always on time with payment. I have never had a problem with Prolific paying me and the surveys pay out very well. The reason for the 3 stars is that they have made it very difficult to take thedse surveys because they blocked my home IP address and the IP address for my mobile phone. I guess they check IP addresses and I don't know the reason they blocked my IP address but it's a real IP ...

Convenient, smooth and a joy...mostly!
Prolific is very convenient, smooth and using it has been a very positive experience for me. I was hesitant in signing up but recently working on studies has been an unexpected joy in my life. A downside is the possibility of having your IP randomly flagged and receiving an error code that will effectively halt your account. From what I have seen, this cannot be fixed and you may be banned from starting Prolific surveys on your home Wi-Fi.
