Anytime I try to link my PayPal account…
Anytime I try to link my PayPal account to my prolific account , it says we have a problem at our side so try again …. And when I tried again , all of a sudden , my account was placed on hold …I just don’t know what to do …. I wonder how others link their PayPal to their accounts

STILL not able to cashout since AUGUST…
I love being a Prolific Participant but STILL not able to cashout since AUGUST 2024 after multiple reassurance emails from Prolific support - ticket 3303, among many others. My Balance Hub states PARTICIPANT DEACTIVATED TRANSFER METHOD. My PayPal is LINKED and set up correctly to accept GBP and USD and PayPal states that I am set up to receive correctly.
