I was really enjoying Prolific for the last 4 months and suddendly my IP address is flagged and you really can't do anything about it. I am in the UNITED STATES and I AM NOT A BOT!! I reached out to support and told me to get a new IP address but no guarantee that it won't get flagged again, I find this very unfair and unethical when they have no solution other than use a friends internet or a hotspot. its a good way to spend a few minutrs at a time to earn a small amount of money. Sometimes you click on a survey and you "arent eligible", which is kindof dissapointing

Prolific is a mess

Honestly, it was great when I started, but so many issues came out the in the first WEEK of using the website. My IP got flagged out of nowhere- even though I've been using this internet provider for years, every single blacklist website has my ip as the lowest risk rating, but of course it gets flagged. Prolific doesn't even tell you if you get flagged either, it just stops giving you studies and hope you can figure out if its a slow week or they stopped giving you anything. I had to reset ...

I was blocked from using profic without any tangible reason. I felt this has to be some kind of racism. I never got any rejection from any researcher. It is really bad experience. A friends of mine in uk also got his account banned on the same day my account was banned. That friend of mine is also a black.
