17th March - Cashout button greyed out but able to take studies / surveys. 25th March - Ticket raised with Prolific support (414165) 27th March - Prolific asked for OS & platform details 27th March - Replied with details 4th April - Chased for an update 13th April - Posted review on Trustpilot 16th April - Prolific advised passed on to engineers and will be in touch. 14th May - No response, still can't cash out 1st June - Still can't cash out! 21st June - I have cashed out!!!!!!!! Some payouts take a minute, but I've never had one go sideways. Quick payouts, and they just included AMERICAN money, I was getting paid by weight, and PayPal would automatically convert it. It's easy, fast, secure. A lot of other survey sites are pretty scammy. You get paid and feel dirty about it. Poor user support and communication

I'm incredibly disappointed with the user support I've experienced. I've been with Prolific for a few years now, and have never had any problems before; great studies, easy payment, very simple. But since Prolific changed their payment system, I've been unable to cash out. I raised a support ticket on March 15th. I received a reply on March 20th. I have been using Prolific for almost a week, and what a 10/10 experience! The website is simple and easy to navigate. There are multiple different task and survey options throughout the day, with very reasonable and satisfactory payouts.
