Well, i would have whole heartedly give a 5 star rating, but i have an unfair experience that has not yet been resolved by the support. All effort to reach support proved abortive. this are my request codes Request 425776 Request 424488 and Request 418983. All of which was not replied by support. If prolific reads reviews from here, i sure hope my account is looked into.

Issue has been resolved...

Trying to cash out for about a week. They stated that I updated my PayPal which I did not and stated I could cashout after 3 days. I have 2 tickets numbers 418732 and 420208. I have sent emails with no response. I was able to cash out 1 time. I meet the pay requirements. I like the site but would like to cashout and continue taking surveys...

I just started taking studies, and so far so good. The instructions are clear and the platform is easy to navigate.

Unable to cash out and Prolific aren't helping

I am in the same position as another reviewer. I tried to cash out on 23 March but was unable to do so. Response to my complaint has been slow, and the latest response told me I had $0.30 and that I need to go to Paypal. This is totally incorrect and ignores the complaint that I made. I really feel that Prolific is no longer the organisation it used to be, sadly. Edit - I have now had a reply, so have upgraded my rating.

The company seemed normal at first but after I changed my internet provider the surveys stopped. There seems to be almost no human working there, I've tried resolving this issue and was told my IP was flagged yet my account is in good standing. Idiotic. I live in a rural area, satellite is the only option. My balance is at $5.80 after cashing out many times, which is beneath the limit for withdrawal, so they get to keep that money. That's a small amount for me but keep in mind this is pure ...

Is this a Scam ?

After signing up for an account, I started receiving surveys, but keep getting error messages. I have reached out many time about the error message, but as of today the error message continues. I am thinking it's a scam company. All my personal information that was requested up front, went through with out any error messages. I am reaching out to our Attorney General office and Better Business regarding this.
