Beware - They may keep your money (updated)

I am unable to cash out even though I am well over the minimum balance. I have reached out to customer service regarding this and have not gotten a response. Prolific is one of the best survey platform to work with, the experience has been awesome so far, however i linked my paypal for about a week now, but i kept having a prompt that reads 'You can't cash out right now. There was an issue registering you with our payment processor. Please contact support for help' support has not yet responded to my messages since then, i hope they got it sorted out. if by chance this review is reviewed by prolific support. ticket number is 429255.

Ease of use. Programs are not glitchy.

Great Platform

Great onboarding experience. Wish there were more surveys but the platform is easy to use, survey notifications come straight to your inbox, and payments are prompt.

Great experience. I haven't had any issues and I never got kick for being away for awhile. Didn't have internet for awhile. I liked that there is a confirmation codes. The survey's will timed out if you take too long to answer. I have not have any privacy issue or not getting paid problem. I been a member for awhile now.
